Staying at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were well-appointed and had many amenities, but the lack of an ocean view was a letdown. The service was friendly, but some staff members seemed inexperienced and unprofessional at times. The location on the dune beach in Marina was amazing, offering a peaceful setting with nice activities, although some extra charges required caution. Dining was overpriced, and while the facilities were decent, they didn't always justify the cost.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely delightful! The oceanfront room was clean and comfy, making for a relaxing experience. The staff was so friendly and helpful, although it was clear some were still learning the ropes. The location is unbeatable, right on the beach, offering breathtaking views. However, the occasional scents from nearby in the morning and evenings were a downside.
